In the 21st match minute, O rey Iván was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alejandro Perico to maneuver through the defense. In the 22nd minute of the match Benedicto Selatse shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ramiro Romelio showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Rosendo Ugutz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 28 minutes into the match, Marco Sergi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ramiro Romelio. O rey Iván's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marco Sergi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Marco Sergi in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ramiro Romelio saved O rey Iván from getting behind. Ramiro Romelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Delmar Fresco in the 42nd minute of play. O rey Iván's Ramiro Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Sergi in the 43rd minute of play. Augusto Burni kicked well hit freekick during the 45th minute of the match. Internet XAire's Marco Sergi got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Delmar Fresco could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Ramiro Romelio made a huge save. 95 minutes into the match, Internet XAire's goal looked a bit too open when Tedej Arrojo came free, but Saul Martxel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. O rey Iván's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
