Spectators: 7860 (Terracing: 5896, Seating: 1808, VIP seats: 156) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Demetrio Grossi started the match with the kick off. In the 4th minute Demetrio Grossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Hoogsteen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 6 played minutes Skyfall got a freekick which was hit by Demetrio Grossi. Raymond Huisingh took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 7th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Attilio Angelucci. Skyfall's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Skyfall's Bernardo Di Leonardo got a free kick in the 7th minute. In the 9th minute, Tom Houtman hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 10 played minutes, Skyfall's Ercole Colelli shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Thomas Hoogsteen came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Skyfall reached it. In the 11th minute, Donny Wansink left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ASV Muziekwijk fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Thomas Hoogsteen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Demetrio Grossi in the 13th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Bram Hulscher made a precise shot to the right of Attilio Angelucci. Skyfall's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Edmondo Ottavi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Thomas Hoogsteen having to interfere. In the 21st match minute, ASV Muziekwijk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tom Houtman to maneuver through the defense. After 22 played minutes ASV Muziekwijk got a freekick which was hit by Tom Houtman. In the 23rd minute, Ercole Colelli got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Skyfall's Attilio Angelucci played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bram Hulscher in the 25th minute of play. After 40 played minutes ASV Muziekwijk got a freekick which was hit by Tom Houtman. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Bram Hulscher stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, ASV Muziekwijk's Jan-Peter van Zaanen got a free kick in the 55th minute. After some careless play in the Skyfall defense, Douwe Ridder kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Attilio Angelucci. The Skyfall fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Attilio Angelucci should have stopped the shot. In the 63rd minute, Francesco Di Liddo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Bram Hulscher in the 64th minute of play forced Skyfall's goalkeeper Attilio Angelucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francesco Di Liddo hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. Attilio Angelucci showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Donny Wansink, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. If Bram Hulscher had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 74 minutes, Alexander Della Francesca made it 3-1 with a short kick to the right side. ASV Muziekwijk's Thomas Hoogsteen tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Thomas Hoogsteen took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmondo Ottavi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Skyfall were awarded a corner in the 78th minute after ASV Muziekwijk's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ercole Colelli took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Ercole Colelli got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Thomas Hoogsteen quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fabrizio Proia's late challenge caught a ASV Muziekwijk's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fabrizio Proia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 82nd minute, Fabrizio Proia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donny Wansink in the 85th minute of play forced Skyfall's goalkeeper Attilio Angelucci to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Richard Geerts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 95th minute Demetrio Grossi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thomas Hoogsteen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The ASV Muziekwijk fans cheered their team off the field, for while Skyfall had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
