Renan Maciel fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Urbani having to interfere. Gilson Arósio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cristoforo Orecchioni went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 32nd minute, Emanuele Boccanera got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Zé Pirani got a free kick in the 34th minute. Gilson Arósio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristoforo Orecchioni in the 38th minute of play. In the 39th minute, Cristoforo Orecchioni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Beppe Andreola's late challenge caught a Pombal 2003 F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Beppe Andreola helped the player get up and apologised. The goalkeeper, Angelo Urbani, was totally fooled by Pombal 2003 F.C.'s Dedê Brodel, who 42 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Gilson Arósio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuele Boccanera, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Cristoforo Pettinelli's late challenge caught a Pombal 2003 F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Cristoforo Pettinelli helped the player get up and apologised. Dedê Brodel, 48 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal.

In the 56th minute Renan Maciel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelo Urbani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 62 minutes, Eugenio Caniglia mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Coriano FC and the Pombal 2003 F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. Renan Maciel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilson Arósio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristoforo Orecchioni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gilson Arósio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emanuele Boccanera in the 72nd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eugenio Caniglia came free, but Gilson Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78thth minute of the game Maicon Borges who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Coriano FC's Angelo Urbani was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Emanuele Boccanera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Gilson Arósio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emanuele Boccanera had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 83rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 97 minutes into the match, Pombal 2003 F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Emanuele Boccanera came free, but Gilson Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pombal 2003 F.C. succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Coriano FC had controlled the match.
