In the 18th match minute, La Maquina 9-12-18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roque Boniel to maneuver through the defense. After 20 minutes of play, SE Tijolo 6 Furos's Iuri Freire made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dadá Vander in the 39th minute of play forced La Maquina 9-12-18's goalkeeper Jaime Hats to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 47th minute, Constantino Maura ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luiz Guilherme Melo was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Luis Alberto Moura received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Jaime Hats tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
