After 9 minutes of play, Munat Tayka's Xavian Abenda made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Juninho Porto was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Quiroga F.C.'s Zé Augusto Custódio got a free kick in the 13th minute. Munat Tayka's Alejandro-Ramón Hualde played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Amauri Veiga in the 16th minute of play. Inko Abajas might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juninho Porto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Inko Abajas ran back to his position shaking his head. Juninho Porto was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Tirso Abancens showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 23 minute of play. If Dadá Massa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 32nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fliz Abadia's late challenge caught a Quiroga F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Fliz Abadia helped the player get up and apologised. In the 33rd match minute, Munat Tayka was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fliz Abadia to maneuver through the defense. Octavio Abello kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. Dadá Massa was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 36th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elivélton Cunha in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alejandro-Ramón Hualde saved Munat Tayka from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Amauri Veiga's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alejandro-Ramón Hualde was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-1.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Xavian Abenda to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xavian Abenda in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Juninho Porto saved Quiroga F.C. from getting behind. 58 minutes into the match, Quiroga F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Xavian Abenda came free, but Juninho Porto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Xavian Abenda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 72nd minute. Juninho Porto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Munat Tayka's zone, Dadá Massa stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro-Ramón Hualde came out of the goal and Dadá Massa tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Munat Tayka's Candido Abendano got a free kick in the 76th minute. Mattin Abeijon hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Tirso Abancens charged in rather forcefully in the 82nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tirso Abancens the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tirso Abancens kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. When Candido Abendano fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Munat Tayka's protests and gave Candido Abendano a yellow card for diving instead. After having played for 94 minutes, Mattin Abeijon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Munat Tayka's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattin Abeijon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Munat Tayka's zone, Zé Augusto Custódio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro-Ramón Hualde came out of the goal and Zé Augusto Custódio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpected shot in the 97th minute by Dadá Massa got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. For all the effort they put into the match, the Quiroga F.C. players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Munat Tayka.
