Spectators: 7675 (Terracing: 5757, Seating: 1765, VIP seats: 153) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when George Costanza kicked off to start the match. When Luís Guilherme Sampaio fell near the penalty area in the 2nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Compugraf's protests and gave Luís Guilherme Sampaio a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Compugraf getting a freekick after 2 minutes play. Luís Guilherme Sampaio hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Compugraf's zone, Phil Craft stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Geovani Montenegro came out of the goal and Phil Craft tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marlin Noble kicked well hit freekick during the 11th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Wilton Camargo came free, but Vern McAllister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cory Ludwig sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. During the 37th minute of the match Luís Guilherme Sampaio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Luís Guilherme Sampaio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Luís Guilherme Sampaio kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. Vern McAllister showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilton Camargo, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute.

The wind increased when João Carlos Bezerra made the kick off in the second half. After 54 minutes of play, Compugraf's Wilton Camargo made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Vern McAllister was left in no man's land by his defense there! 61 minutes into the game, American Airlines's George Costanza nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Geovani Montenegro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-2. After 65 played minutes Compugraf got a freekick which was hit by João Carlos Bezerra. If George Costanza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 70 minutes into the match, Compugraf's goal looked a bit too open when Cory Ludwig came free, but Geovani Montenegro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wilton Camargo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Cory Ludwig scored 5-2 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Geovani Montenegro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The supporters of American Airlines booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. George Costanza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 82 played minutes, American Airlines's Cory Ludwig shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Geovani Montenegro came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in American Airlines reached it. Geovani Montenegro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cory Ludwig, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of American Airlines booed when Compugraf was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kléberson Lara didn't get a good kick on the ball. Geovani Montenegro came out of the goal in the 88th minute to try and stop a shot by American Airlines's George Costanza. But to his dismay, George Costanza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-2. Phil Craft kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 94 minutes into the match, American Airlines's goal looked a bit too open when Wilton Camargo came free, but Vern McAllister reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Geovani Montenegro came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by American Airlines's George Costanza. But to his dismay, George Costanza quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 7-2. American Airlines's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
