Spectators: 8068 (Terracing: 6053, Seating: 1855, VIP seats: 160) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Alejo Carlomagno started the match with the kick off. A collision led to Los Gallos getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Aquiles Ermano hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Fernandez in the 6th minute of play forced Los Gallos's goalkeeper Joel Umea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 15th match minute, Los Gallos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fabricio Leocadio to maneuver through the defense. Joel Umea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dalmacio Fernandez in the 16th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquiles Ermano in the 19th minute of play forced CON-E-CO's goalkeeper Llin Venero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Umea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Fernandez in the 25th minute of play. In the 27th minute, Fabricio Masseda ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Joel Umea was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. After 31 minutes Los Gallos's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Xulio Balado who took care of the corner kick. In the 33rd minute Fabricio Masseda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Los Gallos's goalkeeper Joel Umea, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 37 played minutes CON-E-CO got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Masseda. In the 48th minute Alejo Carlomagno shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Llin Venero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Los Gallos's Primitivo Chago was substituted for Fernando Osoitz. Los Gallos's Danilo Ireno was substituted for Fabricio Leocadio. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Dalmacio Fernandez stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Aquiles Ermano had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Llin Venero. CON-E-CO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Aquiles Ermano was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. 61 minutes into the game, Silverio Bertran was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Los Gallos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave CON-E-CO the free kick. Silverio Bertran kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 66th minute Generosb Prat shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joel Umea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Alejo Carlomagno fell near the penalty area in the 69th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Los Gallos's protests and gave Alejo Carlomagno a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Los Gallos's Alejo Carlomagno got a free kick in the 69th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Dalmacio Fernandez could shoot a difficult shot in the 72nd minute, which Joel Umea however easily saved by the left post. Llin Venero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Silverio Bertran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Llin Venero showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elpidio Raebert in the 88th minute of the match. In the 91st minute, David Francis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Xulio Balado took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 92nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Joel Umea. Los Gallos's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. With a little luck, Los Gallos's Joel Umea got control of the ball when Dalmacio Fernandez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Los Gallos were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of CON-E-CO for a fine match.
