An unexpectedly hard shot by Hans-Cees Ricksen in the 5th minute of play forced ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goalkeeper Luizão Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's José Vítor Botelho got a free kick in the 9th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 10th minute, Rolf Korevaar managed to get in a good position for a shot. Albertus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolf Korevaar was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Luizão Diniz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th match minute, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Otávio Meirelles to maneuver through the defense. 16 minutes into the match, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goal looked a bit too open when Joeri Buys came free, but Luizão Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Luizão Diniz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hans-Cees Ricksen in the 17th minute of play. After 17 minutes, Rui Castro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's Rui Castro got a free kick in the 18th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hans-Cees Ricksen in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Luizão Diniz saved ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ from getting behind. Luizão Diniz made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Joeri Buys sent off a good shot on target. Albertus FC made a substitution. Jan Hendrik Weken replaced Harm Bosschaart. A collision led to Albertus FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Joeri Buys hit a great ball. Ted Kamps took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Abelardo Toscano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 30th minute, Albertus FC's Hans-Cees Ricksen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Otávio Meirelles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 minutes, Alfredo Albuquerque mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ and the Albertus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Luizão Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hans-Cees Ricksen, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Albertus FC's Frits Platvoet was substituted for Hubert Ottens. After a rather tough play, Albertus FC's Jan Hendrik Weken got a free kick in the 44th minute. With an all-out effort, Albertus FC's Luizão Diniz threw himself towards the right post 47 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hans-Cees Ricksen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hans-Cees Ricksen to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goal looked a bit too open when Christijan van Asseldonk came free, but Luizão Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joeri Buys didn't get a good kick on the ball. Otávio Meirelles could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 56th minute of the match, but Ted Kamps made a huge save. Joeri Buys took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Luizão Diniz. Luizão Diniz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joeri Buys during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 81 minutes into the match, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Cees Ricksen came free, but Luizão Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 83rd minute, Hans-Cees Ricksen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luizão Diniz was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The supporters of ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ booed when Albertus FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joeri Buys didn't get a good kick on the ball. 88 minutes into the match, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Cees Ricksen came free, but Luizão Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luizão Diniz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Christijan van Asseldonk went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. 93 minutes into the match, ꑿ.Ꮳ. ꋪꋬℑꋬꇓ's goal looked a bit too open when Hans-Cees Ricksen came free, but Luizão Diniz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertus FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
