The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Nils-Erik Blomkvist helped the player get up and apologised. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emilio Lariz in the 11th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bengt-Åke Håkansson prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Bengt-Åke Håkansson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Lariz, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Díaz Tristan took the ball and in the 18 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bengt-Åke Håkansson. Bengt-Åke Håkansson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. The supporters of Eléctricos F.C. booed when The Heren Istarion was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 25 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roland Åkerberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Díaz Tristan got free with Bengt-Åke Håkansson in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 28th minute Díaz Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bengt-Åke Håkansson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Parrales Pazo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Eléctricos F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Eléctricos F.C.'s Díaz Tristan in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Emilio Lariz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. A collision led to The Heren Istarion getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Dan Hjortberg hit a great ball. Bengt-Åke Håkansson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Díaz Tristan in the 62nd minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, The Heren Istarion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oskari Ilari to maneuver through the defense. In the 64th match minute, The Heren Istarion was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Roland Åkerberg to maneuver through the defense. Emilio Lariz might have been able to make a better finish in the 65th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bengt-Åke Håkansson. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Emilio Lariz ran back to his position shaking his head. After a rather tough play, The Heren Istarion's Oskari Ilari got a free kick in the 66th minute. Ubarna Varsana was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dan Hjortberg showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 74 minute of play. 82 minutes into the match, The Heren Istarion's goal looked a bit too open when Emilio Lariz came free, but Bengt-Åke Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to The Heren Istarion getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Johan Vik hit a great ball. 85 minutes into the match, The Heren Istarion's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Jaurigui came free, but Bengt-Åke Håkansson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. But to his dismay, Emilio Lariz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Díaz Tristan recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 94th minute, Díaz Tristan got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Eléctricos F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while The Heren Istarion had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
