Paulino Rivas started the match with the kick off. The supporters of Karasuno booed when 『盛世メ名門』随遇而安 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. 倪益青 didn't get a good kick on the ball. 刘谦岚 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Primeiro in the 6th minute of play. 赵沙棋 kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. In the 10th minute, 潘坚文 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alfredo Orlin struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. 刘谦岚 didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Karasuno. Ariel Koldobika hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. In the 13th minute of the match 韩风铮 sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cecilio Favila skillfully saved the ball. 21 minutes into the game, Teofilo Berenguer was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Karasuno's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave 『盛世メ名門』随遇而安 the free kick. In the 23rdth minute of the game 莫峰强 who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Karasuno's Cecilio Favila was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot by Anastasio Abilio from long distance, 32 minutes into the match, got 刘谦岚's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Cecilio Favila showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 洪光钢, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Thanks to some nice moves Carlos Primeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 43rd minute, which 刘谦岚 however easily saved by the left post. 莫峰强 kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Carlos Primeiro cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. 刘谦岚 was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and 洪光钢 made a kick off. Anastasio Abilio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Rivas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Carlos Primeiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Ariel Koldobika came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Karasuno fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ariel Koldobika couldn't finish the play. 潘坚文 kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Alfredo Orlin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute, 洪光钢 reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Cecilio Favila. The goal made the score 1-1. In the 71st minute, 倪益青 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 刘谦岚 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Primeiro in the 73rd minute of play. 俞星常's late challenge caught a Karasuno's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. 俞星常 helped the player get up and apologised. In the 77th minute, 俞星常 hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
