Jacob Hauvers stood somewhat misplaced when Hernan Scalarandi came free in front of goal and shot 1-0 to the left of him in the 8 minute. In the 14th minute Roland Koekkoek shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Silverio Modestio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mapovihesa FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hernan Scalarandi in the 19th minute. A well-hit corner resulted in Arsenio Atarratze heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. Silverio Modestio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Niels Schirring in the 23rd minute of the match. If Arsenio Atarratze had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Mapovihesa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Roland Koekkoek came free, but Silverio Modestio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Silverio Modestio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roland Koekkoek in the 29th minute of play. Tiburcio Izel charged in rather forcefully in the 30th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tiburcio Izel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Tiburcio Izel kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. In the 38th match minute, Winthont FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filip Smit to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Niceto Aires in the 39th minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Jacob Hauvers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 46th minute of the match Floris Talsma sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Silverio Modestio skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Mapovihesa FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Arsenio Atarratze hit a great ball. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Niceto Aires stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Marcelino Fernandez during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Winthont FC booed when Mapovihesa FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Marcelino Fernandez didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelino Fernandez in the 79th minute of play forced Winthont FC's goalkeeper Jacob Hauvers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 83rd minute Ignacio Matteo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacob Hauvers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Mapovihesa FC's Gabriel Fernandez got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Floris Talsma took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 94th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Silverio Modestio. Mapovihesa FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Mapovihesa FC had won after a very even match.
