Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Richy Demeulemeester in the 7th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ronald Waterreus prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Kent Ek made in the 10th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Hjalmar Hedvall however managed to control. When Beek City's Richy Demeulemeester in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Älta BK's goalie prevented a goal. In the 17th minute, Arthur Numan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After recieving a nice pass, Beek City's Rajmond Van den Berghe tried to score from far away in the 18th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Krister Vallander charged in rather forcefully in the 22nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Krister Vallander the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 22nd minute, Krister Vallander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Richy Demeulemeester recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 23rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Richy Demeulemeester's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronald Waterreus was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. 28 minutes into the match, Richy Demeulemeester notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Älta BK's Ronald Waterreus. Ronald Waterreus was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 34th match minute, Älta BK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Numan to maneuver through the defense. After 37 minutes of play, Beek City's Richy Demeulemeester made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ronald Waterreus was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Gwen Wegers's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ronald Waterreus was relentless in the 40th minute of the game. In the 43rd minute, Arthur Numan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the match, Richy Demeulemeester had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Ronald Waterreus. Älta BK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Richy Demeulemeester was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3.

The wind increased when Gwen Wegers made the kick off in the second half. Richy Demeulemeester's late challenge caught a Älta BK's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Richy Demeulemeester helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Beek City getting a freekick after 52 minutes play. Richy Demeulemeester hit a great ball. In the 61st minute, Wictor Sander hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 64 minutes into the match, Älta BK's goalkeeper Ronald Waterreus had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Richy Demeulemeester. Älta BK's Jakob Söderman got a good chance for a goal in the 66th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ronald Waterreus made an important save on a dangerous shot by Richy Demeulemeester in the 68th minute. Ronald Waterreus didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Richy Demeulemeester went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. With a little luck, Älta BK's Ronald Waterreus got control of the ball when Richy Demeulemeester tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 76 played minutes Beek City got a freekick which was hit by Mitch Van De Wyngaert. 79 minutes had been played when some careless play by Älta BK's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rajmond Van den Berghe was slow to take the kick. During this time Beek City's players had a chance to rest. If Hjalmar Hedvall had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Dyllan Van Aerschot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jakob Söderman, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 89 played minutes Beek City got a freekick which was hit by Fabrice Bracke. Mattias Överman was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 90th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Ronald Waterreus stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gwen Wegers's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Beek City eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
