The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Moreno got free with Florentino Demario in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 43rd match minute, Capivariano F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oswaldo Damião to maneuver through the defense. After 45 minutes, Juvenal Barreto mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Capivariano F.C. and the ZORZAL01 players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, one of Capivariano F.C.:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Capivariano F.C.. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

ZORZAL01's Joaquin Lizbeth was substituted for Edgardo Nardo. 52 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Moreno notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of ZORZAL01's Florentino Demario. Florentino Demario was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 56 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Arnaldo Moreno sped through ZORZAL01's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Florentino Demario. Elói Souza hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Capivariano F.C.'s Diamantino Valle was substituted for Giuseppe Machado. After 72 played minutes Capivariano F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Elói Souza. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Tales Rezende successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. When Capivariano F.C.'s Diamantino Valle in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Capivariano F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joaquin Lizbeth was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. In the 93rd minute, Arsenio Maldonado ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Tales Rezende was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. 97 minutes into the match, Diamantino Valle had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Florentino Demario. ZORZAL01's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Diamantino Valle was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2.
