Spectators: 7573 (Terracing: 5681, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Merlin Castro kicked off to start the match. Sung McKinley scored 0-1 in the 3rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moisés Novaes, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Moisés Novaes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sung McKinley in the 7th minute of the match. If Paulinho Batista had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 9th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 12th minute, Sung McKinley got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Belmiro Borges hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. Marquis Kenny struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Moisés Novaes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Khachatryan. In the 19thth minute of the game Tigran Kirakosyan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but JFSP's Moisés Novaes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After 21 minutes JFSP's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Marquis Kenny who took care of the corner kick. The corner went over the outstretched arms of JFSP's goalie and right to Sung McKinley. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. JFSP's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. 25 minutes into the match, JFSP's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Castro came free, but Moisés Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jermaine Richmond showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eugênio Paiva in the 26th minute of the match. 28 minutes into the match, Merlin Castro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moisés Novaes. JFSP's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Merlin Castro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Bin Baresi hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 32 minutes into the game, Juanfran Gentenaar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Jermaine Richmond was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juanfran Gentenaar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 42 minutes into the match, JFSP's goal looked a bit too open when Merlin Castro came free, but Moisés Novaes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 42nd minute Merlin Castro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés Novaes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juanfran Gentenaar sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

Belmiro Borges kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Marquis Kenny took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Moisés Novaes. JFSP's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tigran Kirakosyan received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Moisés Novaes came out and tried to block the shot, but Tigran Kirakosyan slotted it home off the left post making it 1-3 in the 57th minute. Moisés Novaes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Merlin Castro in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, Khachatryan was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antoine Schaefer to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sung McKinley in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés Novaes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After having played for 72 minutes, Sung McKinley managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Khachatryan's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sung McKinley was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hu Wei Shu in the 75th minute of play forced JFSP's goalkeeper Moisés Novaes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Juanfran Gentenaar's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jermaine Richmond read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 76th minute of play. In the 78th minute, Tigran Kirakosyan ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Moisés Novaes was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. Moisés Novaes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sung McKinley, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Tigran Kirakosyan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 85th minute. Moisés Novaes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Sung McKinley in the 90th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés Novaes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 94th minute of the match JFSP got a corner. Khachatryan's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Edson Aguiar ran over to the corner to take the kick.
