An unexpectedly hard shot by Bo Bo in the 17th minute of play forced KV Schoonwater's goalkeeper Henk Jonckers to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 19 minutes into the match, KV Schoonwater's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo Sharkin came free, but Henk Jonckers reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, VC zoetwater's goal looked a bit too open when Alek De Hondt came free, but Gong Ying Zheng reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. VC zoetwater's Gong Ying Zheng played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alek De Hondt in the 23rd minute of play. When the match had gone on for 24 minutes, Gusztáv Bács took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Henk Jonckers to make any attempt to save it. Anthony Dumont could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Henk Jonckers made a huge save. Bernardo Sharkin who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 28thth minute tested the skills of Henk Jonckers when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Henk Jonckers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardo Sharkin in the 33rd minute of play. After 37 played minutes VC zoetwater got a freekick which was hit by Armand De Hoef. In the 38th match minute, VC zoetwater was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carl Beach to maneuver through the defense. In the 43rd minute, Bernardo Sharkin reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Henk Jonckers. The goal made the score 2-0. Henk Jonckers was a little too slow when Bernardo Sharkin got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 46th minute. The score was now 3-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Refael De Boeck made a kick off. Thanks to some nice moves Refael De Boeck could shoot a difficult shot in the 52nd minute, which Gong Ying Zheng however easily saved by the left post. When VC zoetwater's Anthony Dumont in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KV Schoonwater's goalie prevented a goal. When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Anthony Dumont put it in 4-0 from a short distance just to the right of Henk Jonckers. In the 57th minute Patrik Olsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henk Jonckers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henk Jonckers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernardo Sharkin, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. After 65 minutes of play, VC zoetwater's Anthony Dumont made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Henk Jonckers was left in no man's land by his defense there! Henk Jonckers showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anthony Dumont, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. In the 70th minute Bernardo Sharkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henk Jonckers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henk Jonckers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gusztáv Bács in the 74th minute of play. In the 81st minute, Anthony Dumont left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The VC zoetwater fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. KV Schoonwater's Henk Jonckers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anthony Dumont in the 86th minute of play. In the 89th minute Bernardo Sharkin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Henk Jonckers saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robert Wells kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. After having played for 94 minutes, Alek De Hondt managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KV Schoonwater's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alek De Hondt was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bernardo Sharkin took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Henk Jonckers. Henk Jonckers dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. For all the effort they put into the match, the KV Schoonwater players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for VC zoetwater.
