Nicasio Rito was slow to take the kick. During this time Los Playmobil FC's players had a chance to rest. The corner ended in Nicasio Rito almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Seagulls's Miguel Proença did a great save. Miguel Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Mendes's shot from short distance in the 8th minute. Edmundo Mendes took the ball and in the 9 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Miguel Proença. Miguel Proença dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Miguel Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundo Mendes's shot from short distance in the 13th minute. The Los Playmobil FC fans' excitement grew in the 13th match minute when Los Playmobil FC's Edmundo Mendes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After 15 played minutes Los Playmobil FC got a freekick which was hit by Hilario Montel. Borys Patora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Michel Cremers, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 19th minute of the match, Grigore Bogătean tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Borys Patora saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Borys Patora made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Grigore Bogătean in the 21st minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Edmundo Mendes in the 24th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Miguel Proença saved Seagulls from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Seagulls's Benjamin Jol got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Edmundo Mendes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Miguel Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Mendes in the 29th minute of play. After 31 played minutes Seagulls got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Jol. After some careless play in the Seagulls defense, Edmundo Mendes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Proença. The Seagulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Proença should have stopped the shot. 37 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Aureliano Heriberto came free, but Miguel Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Seagulls's Miguel Proença played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edmundo Mendes in the 40th minute of play. Edmundo Mendes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Michel Cremers blasted a shot towards the goal in the 46th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Borys Patora having to make a save. After the first half Los Playmobil FC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edmundo Mendes to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Seagulls defense, Edmundo Mendes kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Miguel Proença. The Seagulls fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Miguel Proença should have stopped the shot. Edmundo Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Miguel Proença having to interfere. In the 66th minute of the match Seagulls got a corner. Los Playmobil FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Ben Rensenbrink ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Ben Rensenbrink almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Los Playmobil FC's Borys Patora did a great save. Edmundo Mendes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 67thth minute, Miguel Proença skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Miguel Proença made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edmundo Mendes in the 71st minute of play. 72 minutes into the game, Edmundo Mendes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Miguel Proença was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 76 minutes into the match, Seagulls's goal looked a bit too open when Edmundo Mendes came free, but Miguel Proença reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Playmobil FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Nicasio Rito in the 77th minute. Miguel Proença took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Mendes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iwan Kolbert replaced Aureliano Heriberto. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Edmundo Mendes in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Proença prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karol Kisel kicked well hit freekick during the 91st minute of the match. Los Playmobil FC's Borys Patora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ben Rensenbrink in the 92nd minute of play. Miguel Proença stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nicasio Rito's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. Los Playmobil FC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
