In the 30th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gülce Leyla's goalkeeper Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lawrence Hopson received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal came out and tried to block the shot, but Lawrence Hopson slotted it home off the left post making it 1-1 in the 30th minute. Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Norbert Garland's shot from short distance in the 50th minute. With an all-out effort, Gülce Leyla's Hélio Arósio threw himself towards the right post 52 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Marian Zembrzuski, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. 52 minutes into the match, Marshrose's goal looked a bit too open when Marian Zembrzuski came free, but Hélio Arósio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 53 minutes into the match, Marian Zembrzuski notched a goal, 2-2, to the right of Marshrose's Hélio Arósio. Hélio Arósio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Marian Zembrzuski in the 58th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hélio Arósio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 61st minute the ball was on its way in behind Gülce Leyla's goalkeeper Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gülce Leyla's Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Norbert Garland in the 64th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norbert Garland in the 66th minute of play forced Gülce Leyla's goalkeeper Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hélio Arósio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marian Zembrzuski in the 70th minute of the match. Marian Zembrzuski scored 2-3 in the 72nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hélio Arósio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 84th minute Norbert Garland shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mustafa Hamit Suyurgal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marian Zembrzuski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-4. Gülce Leyla's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
