Mário do Vale didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gaudencio Berto went, in the 6th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After a rather tough play, A.D.Maragatos's Arí Mineiro got a free kick in the 9th minute. Mário do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Omar Kinsen in the 10th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Omar Kinsen in the 16th minute of play forced A.D.Maragatos's goalkeeper Mário do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 18 minutes of play, Regresado's Apolo Fliz made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mário do Vale was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mário do Vale came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Regresado's Apolo Fliz. But to his dismay, Apolo Fliz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 24th minute the ball was on its way in behind Regresado's goalkeeper Emilio Bazkoare, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 33rdth minute of the game Apolo Fliz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but A.D.Maragatos's Mário do Vale was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Miguel Herensuge in the 36th minute of play forced A.D.Maragatos's goalkeeper Mário do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 43 minutes, Apolo Fliz made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. A.D.Maragatos's Mário do Vale tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Cauã Vidal was the one to do the kick off. Mário do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Fliz in the 51st minute of play. 52 minutes into the match, A.D.Maragatos's goalkeeper Mário do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Apolo Fliz. Mário do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Genaro Maldonado in the 54th minute of the match. Regresado were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after A.D.Maragatos's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Omar Kinsen took the corner. Emilio Bazkoare came out of the goal in the 57th minute to try and stop a shot by A.D.Maragatos's Cauã Vidal. But to his dismay, Cauã Vidal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Emilio Bazkoare made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kaká Madureira in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd match minute, A.D.Maragatos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Paulo Ramalho to maneuver through the defense. Apolo Fliz struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Mário do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Regresado. 74 minutes into the match, A.D.Maragatos's goalkeeper Mário do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Herensuge. An unexpected shot in the 74th minute by Miguel Herensuge got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Mário do Vale was out of position in the 76 minute of play, and Genaro Maldonado capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Genaro Maldonado really showed his touch with that goal: 1-6. Regresado's Nanak Liders was substituted for Genaro Maldonado. With a little luck, A.D.Maragatos's Mário do Vale got control of the ball when Miguel Herensuge tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Regresado! 85 minutes into the match, A.D.Maragatos's goalkeeper Mário do Vale had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Herensuge. In the 88th minute Brian Foretic shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mário do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gaudencio Berto had several of the A.D.Maragatos's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 90 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-7 score and a disappointed Mário do Vale as he didn't even see the shot coming. In the 93rd minute of the match, Miguel Herensuge got a very nice opportunity to score, but Mário do Vale was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A.D.Maragatos's Mário do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 93rd minute of the match, managed to save A.D.Maragatos from getting a goal against them. In the 97th minute, Regresado's Brian Foretic ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mário do Vale. Mário do Vale yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-8. Regresado's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
