An unexpectedly hard shot by 任志克 in the 25th minute of play forced LA InDuStRiA INC's goalkeeper Raimundo Obano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 27th minute, one of Kaplan:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Kaplan. Kaplan:s Emilian Martinez showed great skill when he stopped Tomás Leoncio:s penalty. Tomás Leoncio took the ball and in the 34 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilian Martinez. Emilian Martinez dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-1.

Kaplan's Emilian Martinez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elvio Mendez in the 56th minute of play. Raimundo Obano took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 任志克, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Raimundo Obano made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damião Granja in the 62nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Diego Armando Santirso in the 90th minute of play forced LA InDuStRiA INC's goalkeeper Raimundo Obano to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that 任志克's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Raimundo Obano was relentless in the 95th minute of the game. Kaplan's 任志克 managed to work through LA InDuStRiA INC's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. 任志克 dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Kaplan had won after a very even match.
