In the 12th minute, Jonathan Petersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tõnn Okapuu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Rune Grep made a huge save. Gustav Stenquist kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Rune Grep made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Tõnn Okapuu sent off a good shot on target. Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roi Verdeja in the 21st minute of play. In the 23rd minute of the match, Rolando Quijana got a very nice opportunity to score, but Rune Grep was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 25th minute Xose Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roi Verdeja in the 40th minute of play. After some careless play in the Pitxu Dream Team defense, Jonathan Petersson kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carles Coppola. The Pitxu Dream Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carles Coppola should have stopped the shot. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rolando Quijana was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rolando Quijana in the 51st minute of play forced Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper Rune Grep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rune Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Ucci in the 53rd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Petersson in the 60th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carles Coppola prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rune Grep took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Xose Ruiz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 66th minute, Jonathan Petersson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 68th minute Xose Ruiz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rune Grep saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, Pitxu Dream Team's Carles Coppola got control of the ball when Christer Wästerberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. 72 minutes into the match, Lirarnas Lag's goal looked a bit too open when Rolando Quijana came free, but Rune Grep reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rune Grep made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Armando Ucci in the 74th minute of play. Rune Grep showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rolando Quijana in the 76th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Pitxu Dream Team's zone, Jonathan Petersson stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carles Coppola came out of the goal and Jonathan Petersson tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Lirarnas Lag's Rune Grep played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Xose Ruiz in the 85th minute of play. Rune Grep came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Pitxu Dream Team's Xose Ruiz. But to his dismay, Xose Ruiz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. 91 minutes into the match, Pitxu Dream Team's goalkeeper Carles Coppola had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Harald Axelsson. The supporters of Pitxu Dream Team booed when Lirarnas Lag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Harald Axelsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Xose Ruiz in the 94th minute of play forced Lirarnas Lag's goalkeeper Rune Grep to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 96 minutes, Harald Axelsson mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Lirarnas Lag and the Pitxu Dream Team players grew even worse after the yellow card. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pitxu Dream Team fully deserved thier win.
