The audience thought a goal was coming when Lavrits Liljehult got free with Roger Myles in the 7th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 8 minutes had been played when some careless play by Illinois Bluewaters's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Lavrits Liljehult was slow to take the kick. During this time Sletteenge's players had a chance to rest. The corner led Sletteenge's Lavrits Liljehult to fire away a dangerous shot which Roger Myles despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With his leg Roger Myles managed to avoid a goal in the 13thth minute, when Sletteenge's Lavrits Liljehult fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. 冯永宽 hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. A collision led to Sletteenge getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Robin Leiholt hit a great ball. Gerhart Krainert took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Danilo Maranhense, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 20th minute Illinois Bluewaters were awarded a corner. 冯永宽 went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Illinois Bluewaters's Güneş İltemur to fire away a dangerous shot which Gerhart Krainert despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After 20 minutes, Güneş İltemur made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Sletteenge's Gerhart Krainert tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gerhart Krainert made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Danilo Maranhense in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute of the match Illinois Bluewaters got a corner. Sletteenge's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. 冯永宽 ran over to the corner to take the kick. After 32 played minutes, Illinois Bluewaters's 冯永宽 shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gerhart Krainert came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Illinois Bluewaters reached it. After 33 minutes of play, Illinois Bluewaters's Danilo Maranhense made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Gerhart Krainert was left in no man's land by his defense there! 37 minutes into the game, Illinois Bluewaters's Şeray Gürgen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gerhart Krainert made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. If 冯永宽 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Illinois Bluewaters were leading 1-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The ball went over the crossbar instead. 54 minutes into the match, Fritz Grauholt notched a goal, 2-4, to the right of Illinois Bluewaters's Roger Myles. Roger Myles was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Roger Myles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lavrits Liljehult, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 67 minutes into the match, Illinois Bluewaters's goal looked a bit too open when Lavrits Liljehult came free, but Roger Myles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Roger Myles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lavrits Liljehult, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Güneş İltemur kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Donald Liktensteen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Illinois Bluewaters's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
