After having played for 16 minutes, Herman Himmelreich managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Adnan Özbala stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. KARŞIYAKA's defense didn't have a chance, in the 89th minute, when Marc Maurer scored to the left of an out of position Neco Arslanoğlu, making the score, 0-3. 92 minutes into the match, FC Seitenstecher's Hannes Schmitt sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Neco Arslanoğlu narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When the match was over FC Seitenstecher could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KARŞIYAKA throughout the match.
