The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 2 minutes into the match, The Godfathers F.C.'s goalkeeper Benji Price had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Oliveira. Abelardo Maranhense showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rostislav Artyushkov in the 13th minute of the match. In the 15th minute of the match, Cássio Ferraz tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Benji Price saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Valdo Dantas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Benji Price made a huge save. 22 minutes into the match, The Godfathers F.C.'s goalkeeper Benji Price had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Valdo Dantas. Donato Oliveira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benji Price made a fantastic save in the 32nd minute, when Valdo Dantas sent off a good shot on target. Epifanio Lidon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Abelardo Maranhense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 36th minute, Valdo Dantas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Benji Price didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valdo Dantas went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Oliveira in the 40th minute of play forced The Godfathers F.C.'s goalkeeper Benji Price to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 41st minute, Cássio Ferraz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Olivedos fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Donato Oliveira was the one to do the kick off. Benji Price showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valdo Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. The Godfathers F.C.'s Benji Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Dantas in the 52nd minute of play. Benji Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Oliveira in the 53rd minute of play. If Donato Oliveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Godfathers F.C.'s Benji Price played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valdo Dantas in the 63rd minute of play. Olivedos's Abelardo Maranhense proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save Olivedos from getting a goal against them. In the 67th minute Cássio Ferraz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benji Price saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cássio Ferraz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Benji Price tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Dalmacio Gutierrez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 74 minutes into the game, Donato Oliveira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Benji Price was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to The Godfathers F.C. getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Iker Chaime hit a great ball. 80 minutes into the match, Cássio Ferraz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benji Price. The Godfathers F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Cássio Ferraz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. Benji Price made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Donato Oliveira in the 86th minute of play. When the match clock showed 88 minutes, the score became 6-0 when Cássio Ferraz sped through The Godfathers F.C.'s defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benji Price. Rômulo Custódio took the ball and in the 91 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benji Price. Benji Price dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-0. Benji Price didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cássio Ferraz went, in the 94th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-0 was the resulting score. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Olivedos fully deserved thier win.
