The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Hayden Baker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Olimpiu Oardă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andreas Tutorskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from J.C. Smith in the 18th minute of the match. Severo Laurentzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andreas Tutorskiy having to interfere. With a little luck, West Ham's Hayden Baker got control of the ball when Dumitru Tutorskiy tried to sneak it across the goal line. West Ham were furious when Fabio Petruzzi was red carded, 27 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 26 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for West Ham! West Ham:s Hayden Baker showed great skill when he stopped Darwin Nunez-Tesheira:s penalty. After 32 played minutes West Ham got a freekick which was hit by Luckas Hombroeckx. In the 37th minute, Darwin Nunez-Tesheira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tutor Militari fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. In the 42nd minute, Han Solo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hayden Baker. The goal made the score 2-0. After 46 played minutes Tutor Militari got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Tutorskiy. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Darwin Nunez-Tesheira to strike the kick off in the second half. Hayden Baker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Darwin Nunez-Tesheira in the 51st minute of play.
