Angelino Lopes came out of the goal and Jesper Grubb tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Imрêriо Aztêćâ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Jesper Grubb scored to the left of an out of position Angelino Lopes, making the score, 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Robin Mager got free with Angelino Lopes in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jesper Grubb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesper Grubb in the 19th minute of play forced Imрêriо Aztêćâ's goalkeeper Angelino Lopes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angelino Lopes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesper Grubb, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Angelino Lopes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 33 minutes into the game, Bora Bora's Jesper Grubb nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Angelino Lopes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After some careless play in the Imрêriо Aztêćâ defense, Robin Mager kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Angelino Lopes. The Imрêriо Aztêćâ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Angelino Lopes should have stopped the shot. When Jesper Grubb came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the Bora Bora fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jesper Grubb couldn't finish the play. In the 41st match minute, Bora Bora was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Olof Falkrantz to maneuver through the defense. Torsten Tinglöf received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Angelino Lopes tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Omar Botello during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Omar Botello hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. 方适谦 was the one to do the kick off. When Egil Ekström fell near the penalty area in the 52nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Bora Bora's protests and gave Egil Ekström a yellow card for diving instead. Billy Hult hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 60th minute, Robin Mager ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Angelino Lopes was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Angelino Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jesper Grubb in the 67th minute of play. Angelino Lopes showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jesper Grubb, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Jesper Grubb sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 70th minute Jesper Grubb shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Angelino Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Imрêriо Aztêćâ's 方适谦 in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Bora Bora's goalie prevented a goal. Angelino Lopes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robin Mager in the 91st minute of play. There was no doubt that Bora Bora were the better team. Bora Bora's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
