Arnulfo Kinsen was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernardino Ofelio in the 9th minute of play. After 10 minutes Sipo EC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Gombal who took care of the corner kick. Du Zheng Rong kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. Arnulfo Kinsen showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. In the 14th minute Chi-Chi Legay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Šair Lupin in the 15th minute of play. Arnulfo Kinsen showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Noel Velloso in the 20th minute of the match. When Chi-Chi Legay fell near the penalty area in the 27th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Laurita FC's protests and gave Chi-Chi Legay a yellow card for diving instead. In the 27th match minute, Laurita FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chi-Chi Legay to maneuver through the defense. Through an outstanding action, after 32 minutes, Arnulfo Kinsen successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 34th minute Bernardino Ofelio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 36 minutes into the match, Sipo EC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardino Ofelio came free, but Carroll Hathaway reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carroll Hathaway didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Vargas went, in the 37th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. 46 minutes into the match, Laurita FC's goal looked a bit too open when Noel Velloso came free, but Arnulfo Kinsen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Sipo EC's protests and gave Sebastião Mendonça a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Sipo EC's Sebastião Mendonça got a free kick in the 69th minute. Laurita FC's Mario Alberto Kempes was substituted for Šair Lupin. Sebastião Mendonça hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. Bernardino Ofelio struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Carroll Hathaway didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Laurita FC. Chi-Chi Legay's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Carroll Hathaway firmly grabbed it by the left post. In the 77th minute Narciso Vargas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carroll Hathaway saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 80 minutes into the game, Armando Prado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sipo EC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Laurita FC the free kick. A collision led to Sipo EC getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Armando Prado hit a great ball. With a little luck, Sipo EC's Carroll Hathaway got control of the ball when Bernardino Ofelio tried to sneak it across the goal line. The supporters of Laurita FC booed when Sipo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dráusio Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. Carroll Hathaway came out of the goal in the 85th minute to try and stop a shot by Laurita FC's Narciso Vargas. But to his dismay, Narciso Vargas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mario Alberto Kempes in the 92nd minute of play forced Sipo EC's goalkeeper Carroll Hathaway to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ezequiel Emesto in the 94th minute of play. Bernardino Ofelio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 97th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carroll Hathaway having to interfere.
