Gaudencio Juvenal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Márk Kuti, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kliment Frontov in the 23rd minute of play forced Kikemania FC's goalkeeper Gaudencio Juvenal to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaudencio Juvenal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kliment Frontov, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Béla Simon was a little too slow when Ladislao Raebert got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 27th minute. The score was now 1-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Kliment Frontov in the 34th minute a chance for a shot on goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Patrik Újvári managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Edelényi Bányász's supporters crossed their fingers, but Patrik Újvári was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
