But to his dismay, Tiaguinho Baptista quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. After a rather tough play, Encardidos's Adilson Araújo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Paulino Azeredo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Cardoso having to interfere. In the 21st minute, Tiago Barroso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Atanasije Martać took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adilson Araújo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 31 minutes into the match, Galaxy Union FC's goal looked a bit too open when Adilson Araújo came free, but Atanasije Martać reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Tiaguinho Baptista kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Atanasije Martać. That made the score 2-1 in the 33 minute of play. In the 36th match minute, Encardidos was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by João Pedro Mota to maneuver through the defense. 39 minutes into the match, Galaxy Union FC's goalkeeper Atanasije Martać had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Tiaguinho Baptista. The supporters of Galaxy Union FC booed when Encardidos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Virgílio Peixoto didn't get a good kick on the ball. Atanasije Martać showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Virgílio Peixoto in the 46th minute of the match. Tiaguinho Baptista struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Atanasije Martać didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Encardidos.

The wind increased when Adilson Araújo made the kick off in the second half. Galaxy Union FC's Atanasije Martać played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiaguinho Baptista in the 51st minute of play. In the 55th minute, Virgílio Peixoto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Paulino Azeredo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Reinaldo Cardoso was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. When Galaxy Union FC's Paulino Azeredo in the 58th minute got a chance for a shot 58th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Reinaldo Cardoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 77th match minute, Galaxy Union FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Albérico Fiúza to maneuver through the defense. Albérico Fiúza kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Adilson Araújo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 79th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Paulino Azeredo did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-2 to the left of a surprised Reinaldo Cardoso 82 minutes into the match. Galaxy Union FC made a substitution. Lisandro Portugal replaced Jarūnas Lavickas. Tiaguinho Baptista struck a weak shot in the 86th minute. Atanasije Martać didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Encardidos. João Pedro Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. Reinaldo Cardoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulino Azeredo in the 94th minute of the match. Galaxy Union FC were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Encardidos to leave the ground with a draw.
