A collision led to Patadura FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Mariano Ekaitz hit a great ball. In the 23rd minute Narciso Vergaray shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jano França saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 27 minutes into the game, Narciso Vergaray recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jano França. Narciso Vergaray showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 30 minutes into the game, Dalmacio Taurino was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Patadura FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave INDEPENDIENTE FUTBOL CLUB the free kick. After 31 played minutes Patadura FC got a freekick which was hit by Dalmacio Taurino. During the 35th minute of the match Dalmacio Taurino completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Dalmacio Taurino a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Narciso Vergaray in the 40th minute of play forced Patadura FC's goalkeeper Jano França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jano França didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Narciso Vergaray went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. 71 minutes into the game, Mariano Ekaitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player.
