Leones Futbol Club's supporters rose to their feet, but Dennis Andreozzi was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Juliusz Andrychowski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 15th minute, Derk Borst made a precise shot to the right of Mauricio Guillelmus. Leones Futbol Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Eustacio Amaya might have been able to make a better finish in the 21st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Juliusz Andrychowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eustacio Amaya ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Derk Borst's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Mauricio Guillelmus was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Juliusz Andrychowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lázaro Berdoi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee gave Leones Futbol Club a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Dennis Andreozzi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Bajbusy Fabian-a's Juliusz Andrychowski. 2-1. 75 minutes into the match, Leones Futbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Derk Borst came free, but Mauricio Guillelmus reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Bajbusy Fabian-a's Derk Borst got a free kick in the 94th minute. When Lázaro Berdoi came up free with the goalie in the 99th minute, the Leones Futbol Club fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Lázaro Berdoi couldn't finish the play. Leones Futbol Club walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
