Blackened's Melquiades Manny got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the Xl Team defense, Unax Cabrerizo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erubiel Cordeal. The Xl Team fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Erubiel Cordeal should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the match, Xl Team's goal looked a bit too open when Hector Bieito came free, but Erubiel Cordeal reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After having played for 26 minutes, Isaio Vidal managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Blackened's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isaio Vidal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 31st minute, Agustin Iyan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hector Bieito got in the 32nd minute a good position and tried a long shot which to a great surprise passed a very astonished Erubiel Cordeal. This was a shot which ended in a score of 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Blackened's Unax Cabrerizo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Erubiel Cordeal narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 39th minute the ball was on its way in behind Xl Team's goalkeeper Erubiel Cordeal, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 40 minutes into the match, Xl Team's goalkeeper Erubiel Cordeal had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Unax Cabrerizo. Unax Cabrerizo received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erubiel Cordeal came out and tried to block the shot, but Unax Cabrerizo slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 41st minute. In the 43rd minute, Hector Bieito left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Blackened fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. After some careless play in the Xl Team defense, Hector Bieito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Erubiel Cordeal. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ruperto Abascal made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Hector Bieito put it in 9-0 from a short distance just to the right of Erubiel Cordeal. Xl Team's Erubiel Cordeal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Unax Cabrerizo in the 56th minute of play. Blackened were awarded a corner in the 57th minute after Xl Team's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hector Bieito took the corner. After a rather tough play, Blackened's Isaio Vidal got a free kick in the 57th minute. Blackened's Mariano Gonchan was substituted for Leonides Heli. Erubiel Cordeal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hector Bieito's shot from short distance in the 60th minute. After 62nd play minutes Hector Bieito shot 10-0, a short shot which went by Erubiel Cordeal and just under the crossbar into goal. Erubiel Cordeal didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Unax Cabrerizo went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Melquiades Manny's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Erubiel Cordeal was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Erubiel Cordeal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Unax Cabrerizo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 88 minutes into the game, Blackened's Hector Bieito nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Erubiel Cordeal made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 14-0. Erubiel Cordeal came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Blackened's Hector Bieito. But to his dismay, Hector Bieito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. Erubiel Cordeal came out of the goal in the 97th minute to try and stop a shot by Blackened's Hector Bieito. But to his dismay, Hector Bieito quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 17-0. There was no doubt that Blackened were the better team. Blackened's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
