After a rather tough play, The Reds's George Best got a free kick in the 45th minute. The Reds's Sten Andreasson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adib Ovi in the 46th minute of play. After 47 minutes The Reds's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Kris Noander who took care of the corner kick. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Adolfo Vogel made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, David Herstad got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Adib Ovi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Sten Andreasson made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, The Reds's goalkeeper Sten Andreasson had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adib Ovi. Orla Haxmark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fred Isaksson in the 77th minute of the match. Orla Haxmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adolfo Vogel, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. In the 89th match minute, Gettrup SIK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arthur Stenhus to maneuver through the defense. Aron Apelquist charged in rather forcefully in the 94th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aron Apelquist the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Aron Apelquist kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match.
