Spectators: 7573 (Terracing: 5681, Seating: 1741, VIP seats: 151) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Carlos Saúl Recalde kicked off to start the match. The supporters of Until Five booed when Carpathian Wolves was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacy Gonsiewski didn't get a good kick on the ball. Olimpiu Hârlău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Saúl Recalde, who was totally free with the ball in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Cafu Passos had to leave the field with a concussion. Until Five made a substitution. Valdo Lopez replaced Cafu Passos. In the 7th minute, Marcel Tirulescu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Carlos Saúl Recalde came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Until Five fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlos Saúl Recalde couldn't finish the play. Olimpiu Hârlău made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Saúl Recalde in the 10th minute of play. In the 15th minute of the match Until Five got a corner. Carpathian Wolves's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Celsinho Soares ran over to the corner to take the kick. Leszek Pisarczyk hit a great freekick 19 minutes into the match. After having played for 20 minutes, Carlos Saúl Recalde managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Until Five's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carlos Saúl Recalde was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Carlos Saúl Recalde had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Olimpiu Hârlău. Carpathian Wolves's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Carlos Saúl Recalde was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Carpathian Wolves's Olimpiu Hârlău played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carlos Saúl Recalde in the 26th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carlos Saúl Recalde in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Olimpiu Hârlău prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Mihnea Ionițoiu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 38th minute of the match, but Jardel de Carvalho made a huge save. Álvaro Dante hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. In the 42nd match minute, Until Five was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dedê Neves to maneuver through the defense. Jardel de Carvalho came out of the goal in the 43rd minute to try and stop a shot by Carpathian Wolves's Mihnea Ionițoiu. But to his dismay, Mihnea Ionițoiu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mihnea Ionițoiu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 50th minute Mihnea Ionițoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jardel de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jardel de Carvalho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mihnea Ionițoiu in the 50th minute of the match. Jardel de Carvalho stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maxim Urderean's shot from short distance in the 52nd minute. Oséas Recife could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Olimpiu Hârlău made a huge save. In the 59th minute Mihnea Ionițoiu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jardel de Carvalho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. José Maria Lima hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Carpathian Wolves's Ignacy Gonsiewski was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Jardel de Carvalho in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Olimpiu Hârlău showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlos Saúl Recalde in the 72nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Mihnea Ionițoiu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carpathian Wolves's supporters rose to their feet, but Mihnea Ionițoiu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jardel de Carvalho breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 78 minutes into the match, Until Five's goal looked a bit too open when Ignacy Gonsiewski came free, but Jardel de Carvalho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 78th minute, Mihnea Ionițoiu made a precise shot to the right of Jardel de Carvalho. Until Five's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Olimpiu Hârlău took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Álvaro Dante, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Leszek Pisarczyk fell near the penalty area in the 88th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Carpathian Wolves's protests and gave Leszek Pisarczyk a yellow card for diving instead. Until Five made a substitution. Germano Mota replaced Gernando Cearense. After a rather tough play, Carpathian Wolves's Leszek Pisarczyk got a free kick in the 90th minute. Olimpiu Hârlău showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Celsinho Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. Leszek Pisarczyk kicked well hit freekick during the 96th minute of the match. Carpathian Wolves's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
