After some careless play in the Club FAAM defense, Napoleon Dziatkowski kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of German Gonsalve. The Club FAAM fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that German Gonsalve should have stopped the shot. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Club FAAM 's goalkeeper German Gonsalve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. German Gonsalve didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Napoleon Dziatkowski went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. German Gonsalve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dariusz Praski, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. When Jagiellonia Bialystok's Dariusz Praski, in the 16th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. A wasted opportunity for Jagiellonia Bialystok. 18 minutes into the game, Jagiellonia Bialystok's Napoleon Dziatkowski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Wieslaw Trzaskoma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Benvide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 35 minutes into the match, Club FAAM 's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Dziatkowski came free, but German Gonsalve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. German Gonsalve made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damazy Pawlak in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Jagiellonia Bialystok getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Kryspin Praski hit a great ball. Club FAAM 's Amado Benvide got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Honorio Mercurio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 47th minute, Jagiellonia Bialystok's Barnaba Glozor seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Barnaba Glozor the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Jagiellonia Bialystok protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Barnaba Glozor had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. The Club FAAM players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jagiellonia Bialystok were winning 2-5.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Aleksander Winograd was the one to do the kick off. Eustaquio Fertus could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but German Gonsalve made a huge save. In the 58th minute of the match Jagiellonia Bialystok got a corner. Club FAAM 's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dariusz Praski ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Jagiellonia Bialystok's Dariusz Praski to fire away a dangerous shot which German Gonsalve despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Aleksander Winograds short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got German Gonsalve to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 61 minutes into the match, Club FAAM 's goal looked a bit too open when Napoleon Dziatkowski came free, but German Gonsalve reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Wieslaw Trzaskoma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Honorio Mercurio's shot from short distance in the 63rd minute. German Gonsalve showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aleksander Winograd, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 69th minute of the match, Napoleon Dziatkowski tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but German Gonsalve saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. In the 86th match minute, Club FAAM was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Desiderio Etor to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Club FAAM getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Desiderio Etor hit a great ball. After having played for 92 minutes, Eustaquio Fertus managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Jagiellonia Bialystok's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eustaquio Fertus was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. German Gonsalve made an important save on a dangerous shot by Julian Hyska in the 94th minute. Napoleon Dziatkowski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the final whistle sounded Jagiellonia Bialystok left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Club FAAM .
