The audience thought a goal was coming when Brock Friend got free with Tommy de Zeeuw in the 20th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 23 minutes into the match, ASV Muziekwijk's goalkeeper Tommy de Zeeuw had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Brock Friend. Tommy de Zeeuw took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brock Friend, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tommy de Zeeuw made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from 余永川 in the 51st minute of play. 余永川 blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Tommy de Zeeuw having to make a save. Tommy de Zeeuw showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from 余永川, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. Duarte Félix struck a weak shot in the 55th minute. Tommy de Zeeuw didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Tommy de Zeeuw didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from 余永川 went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. Billy van Loen could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Arthur Bufi made a huge save. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Joop Jurjens during the 70th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in ASV Muziekwijk's zone, Duarte Félix stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Tommy de Zeeuw came out of the goal and Duarte Félix tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. ASV Muziekwijk's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wim Oosterman in the 79th minute. ASV Muziekwijk's Wim Oosterman was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Arthur Bufi in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. When Billy van Loen came up free with the goalie in the 83rd minute, the ASV Muziekwijk fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Billy van Loen couldn't finish the play. 86 minutes into the match, ASV Muziekwijk's goal looked a bit too open when Duarte Félix came free, but Tommy de Zeeuw reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Duarte Félix in the 88th minute of play forced ASV Muziekwijk's goalkeeper Tommy de Zeeuw to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
