After 3 minutes of play, Maxguaruja's Gilberto Severo made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remo de Toledo was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Ismael Braga in the 5th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Remo de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Remo de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nilton Netto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute Gilberto Severo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Remo de Toledo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 12 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ismael Braga came free, but Remo de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bruno Melillo charged in rather forcefully in the 13th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Bruno Melillo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, TRAKINAS FC's Bruno Melillo got a free kick in the 13th minute. 14 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Severo came free, but Remo de Toledo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 19 minutes, Reinaldo Alagoano took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Matías Loureiro to make any attempt to save it. Remo de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ismael Braga in the 22nd minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Severo in the 25th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Remo de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 25 minutes, Reinaldo Alagoano mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TRAKINAS FC and the Maxguaruja players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 25th minute, Reinaldo Alagoano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Remo de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nilton Netto, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. TRAKINAS FC's Remo de Toledo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nilton Netto in the 37th minute of play. Remo de Toledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Gilberto Severo went, in the 38th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. Remo de Toledo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ismael Braga in the 41st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in TRAKINAS FC's zone, Gilberto Severo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remo de Toledo came out of the goal and Gilberto Severo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 44 minutes, Chus Avilés mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the TRAKINAS FC and the Maxguaruja players grew even worse after the yellow card. The TRAKINAS FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Maxguaruja were winning 1-2.

The wind increased when Reinaldo Alagoano made the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Nilton Netto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matías Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Melillo in the 51st minute of play. 53 minutes into the game, Jonathan de Sousa threw the ball into play from the sideline. TRAKINAS FC's Oswaldo Matos quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. TRAKINAS FC's Remo de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save TRAKINAS FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gilberto Severo in the 61st minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Remo de Toledo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Reinaldo Alagoano recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. TRAKINAS FC's Luís Gustavo Rodrigues was substituted for Otávio Varela. After 66 played minutes Maxguaruja got a freekick which was hit by Jeferson Fantini. TRAKINAS FC's Charles Oliveira was substituted for Reinaldo Alagoano. Jeferson Fantini kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th minute of the match, Ismael Braga got a very nice opportunity to score, but Remo de Toledo was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 75 played minutes Maxguaruja got a freekick which was hit by Gilberto Severo. A collision led to Maxguaruja getting a freekick after 80 minutes play. Jonathan de Sousa hit a great ball. Bruno Melillo was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 80th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 82nd match minute, TRAKINAS FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Oséias de Lima to maneuver through the defense. The crowd rose to their feet as Gilberto Severo kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Remo de Toledo. That made the score 1-3 in the 83 minute of play. Ismael Braga hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Remo de Toledo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gilberto Severo, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute.
