After having played for 9 minutes, Cacá de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Dark Energy's supporters crossed their fingers, but Cacá de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, CF JABATOS's Ignacio Soter got a free kick in the 11th minute. Venancio Bihar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cacá de Barros in the 12th minute of the match. The supporters of Dark Energy booed when CF JABATOS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 13 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ignacio Soter didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a defensive mix-up in CF JABATOS's zone, Cacá de Barros stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Venancio Bihar came out of the goal and Cacá de Barros tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Zachariah Ouali had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 played minutes CF JABATOS got a freekick which was hit by Lauro Saavedra. Dark Energy's Prospero Venceslas suffered a sore knee after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. 25 minutes into the game, Guillermo Jaume was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. CF JABATOS's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Dark Energy the free kick. Dark Energy's Vic Poels was substituted for Prospero Venceslas. After a rather tough play, CF JABATOS's Guillermo Jaume got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Cacá de Barros shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Venancio Bihar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Venancio Bihar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cacá de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. Mickael Spoelberghe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Pes in the 29th minute of the match. 32 minutes into the game, Dark Energy's Cacá de Barros nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The wind increased when Cacá de Barros made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute the ball was on its way in behind CF JABATOS's goalkeeper Venancio Bihar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Cacá de Barros recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 58th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The throw-in from Vic Poels in the 64th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by CF JABATOS's Ignacio Soter. 67 minutes into the game, Cacá de Barros lined in a short shot 0-4 behind a frustrated Venancio Bihar. Dark Energy's David Vergau was substituted for Robbrecht Van Boxstael. In the 71st match minute, Dark Energy was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Robbrecht Van Boxstael to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, CF JABATOS's goal looked a bit too open when Cacá de Barros came free, but Venancio Bihar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 75 minutes, Herminio Eztebe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CF JABATOS and the Dark Energy players grew even worse after the yellow card. When Cacá de Barros came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Dark Energy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cacá de Barros couldn't finish the play. 92 minutes into the match, Cacá de Barros dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Venancio Bihar, 0-6. Mickael Rouvroys kicked well hit freekick during the 94th minute of the match. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Dark Energy eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
