FC Drik's defense didn't have a chance, in the 4th minute, when Colon Averasturi scored to the left of an out of position Ted Kobbeltvedt, making the score, 1-0. When MANIACOS's Colon Averasturi in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Drik's goalie prevented a goal. Devlet İşcan kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. If Colon Averasturi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 16 played minutes FC Drik got a freekick which was hit by Devlet İşcan. If Colon Averasturi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Colon Averasturi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 21st minute of the match, but Ted Kobbeltvedt made a huge save. In the 22nd match minute, MANIACOS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Colon Averasturi to maneuver through the defense. If Colon Averasturi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Colon Averasturi came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gunvald Mitens received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 32nd minute. Felippe Sabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. MANIACOS's Nemesio Mansilla got a good chance for a goal in the 41st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Montay Villatreses in the 45th minute of the match. After some careless play in the FC Drik defense, Colon Averasturi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ted Kobbeltvedt. The FC Drik fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ted Kobbeltvedt should have stopped the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Colon Averasturi to strike the kick off in the second half. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Montay Villatreses in the 54th minute of play. In the 60thth minute of the game Colon Averasturi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Colon Averasturi's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ted Kobbeltvedt was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Montay Villatreses ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ted Kobbeltvedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. In the 73rd minute Denis Schubring shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Felippe Sabino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 77 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Radu Bleoancă came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Devlet İşcan kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Ted Kobbeltvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Radu Bleoancă, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 85 minutes into the game, Montay Villatreses cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 5-0. Ted Kobbeltvedt was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When MANIACOS's Radu Bleoancă in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Drik's goalie prevented a goal. Ted Kobbeltvedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Radu Bleoancă's shot from short distance in the 92nd minute. Devlet İşcan kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the MANIACOS players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
