An unexpectedly hard shot by Nathan Klener in the 15th minute of play forced Momentum FC's goalkeeper Felix Beat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vladimiro Maore could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Felix Beat made a huge save. Ogen Rice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaueko Nanclares, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Momentum FC's Felix Beat played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Arnan Hacker in the 32nd minute of play. Arnan Hacker blasted a shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Felix Beat having to make a save. In the 40th minute Gaueko Nanclares shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ogen Rice saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 44th minute, Gaueko Nanclares managed to get in a good position for a shot. Momentum FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gaueko Nanclares was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ogen Rice breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick.

Ogen Rice showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gaueko Nanclares, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. Ogen Rice took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaueko Nanclares, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 57th minute of the match Momentum FC got a corner. A collision led to Momentum FC getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Daniel Galeano hit a great ball. Felix Beat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnan Hacker in the 92nd minute of play. After 97 played minutes Momentum FC got a freekick which was hit by Leandro Txanton. The C.A. Barrilete Cósmico manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Momentum FC to win.
