In the 29th minute Ambrosius Peelen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Pedro Mandrak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 32 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's Doni Barbosa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Morgan Patrício narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Morgan Patrício showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kléberson Gomes, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. But to his dismay, Andoni Avilés quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-2. Nopoche were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
