Heimko Geisen came out of the goal in the 5th minute to try and stop a shot by Limoeiro-PE FC's Doni Barbosa. But to his dismay, Doni Barbosa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Richard Neto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zé Pedro Mandrak made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maiko Kottsieper in the 18th minute of play. 19 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcus Isaksson came free, but Zé Pedro Mandrak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Luís Fabiano Fontes ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Heimko Geisen was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. After 37 played minutes Limoeiro-PE FC got a freekick which was hit by Luís Fabiano Fontes. In the 46th minute, Limoeiro-PE FC's Doni Barbosa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Doni Barbosa stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Pedro Mandrak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Maiko Kottsieper, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Limoeiro-PE FC's Richard Neto suffered a concussion in the 58th minute, after a hard challenge, and had to leave the field. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Französisch Buchholz FC! Heimko Geisen had in the 60thth minute some difficulties stopping Doni Barbosa's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. If Emmerich Aumüller had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Französisch Buchholz FC's Heimko Geisen played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Doni Barbosa in the 64th minute of play. Allan Zonta hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. Emmerich Aumüller in the 70thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zé Pedro Mandrak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. If Robert Lozovan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 83 minutes into the match, Robert Lozovan had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Heimko Geisen. Französisch Buchholz FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Robert Lozovan was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Marcus Isaksson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Zé Pedro Mandrak tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Limoeiro-PE FC's Gino do Valle was substituted for Luís Fabiano Fontes. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kléberson Gomes in the 89th minute of play forced Französisch Buchholz FC's goalkeeper Heimko Geisen to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcus Isaksson in the 94thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Zé Pedro Mandrak, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Kléberson Gomes's late challenge caught a Französisch Buchholz FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kléberson Gomes helped the player get up and apologised. In the 95th minute, Kléberson Gomes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 97th match minute, Französisch Buchholz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Antonius Hoffmann to maneuver through the defense. In the 98th minute Robert Lozovan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Heimko Geisen saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Limoeiro-PE FC had played much better football throughout.
