In the 18th minute, Mateo Kiliz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Costel Lăcătușu was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. The supporters of PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN booed when Palma AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mateo Kiliz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Edgar Florescu scored 5-2 in the 94th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vinicio Romelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Many of Palma AFC's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Palma AFC may have spent more time on the ball, but PARIS SAINT-GERMAIN were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
