Spectators: 7463 (Terracing: 5598, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 149) SLB TELHA's Valério Vilaça started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 10th play minutes Valério Vilaça shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Pedrão Sarmento and just under the crossbar into goal. Gerrit Hooiveld's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernardo Leiria read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. 14 minutes into the match, Gerrit Hooiveld dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bernardo Leiria, 1-1. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Valério Vilaça put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Pedrão Sarmento. Kelmond S.C.'s Pedrão Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Vilaça in the 28th minute of play. After 32 minutes Kelmond S.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Bezerra who took care of the corner kick. Kelmond S.C.'s Pedrão Sarmento played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Valério Vilaça in the 35th minute of play. In the 36thth minute of the game Valério Vilaça who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Kelmond S.C.'s Pedrão Sarmento was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedrão Sarmento showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Valério Vilaça, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. Pedrão Sarmento made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valério Vilaça in the 46th minute of play. After 47 played minutes Kelmond S.C. got a freekick which was hit by Henny de Winter. Valério Vilaça fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 49th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pedrão Sarmento having to interfere. The Kelmond S.C. players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. SLB TELHA were winning 1-2.

In the 52nd match minute, Kelmond S.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mo Yang Chao to maneuver through the defense. In the 53rd minute, Valério Vilaça got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the match had gone on for 55 minutes, Valério Vilaça put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Pedrão Sarmento. After 59 played minutes Valério Vilaça could catch the ball where he stood relatively free a bit outside the goal and without hesitation he completed 1-4 into the left cross. Kevin Oosterveld hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Kelmond S.C.'s Pedrão Sarmento got control of the ball when Valério Vilaça tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pedrão Sarmento took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Valério Vilaça, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 70th minute Martien Sandstra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernardo Leiria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Liboslav Krušina struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Pedrão Sarmento didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SLB TELHA. João Assunção lost his temper 75 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In the 74th minute, one of SLB TELHA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for SLB TELHA. SLB TELHA:s Bernardo Leiria showed great skill when he stopped Kevin Oosterveld:s penalty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valério Vilaça in the 79th minute of play forced Kelmond S.C.'s goalkeeper Pedrão Sarmento to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pedrão Sarmento showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valério Vilaça in the 83rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Valério Vilaça in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Pedrão Sarmento saved Kelmond S.C. from getting behind. After 84 played minutes SLB TELHA got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Bezerra. 86 minutes into the game, Gerrit Hooiveld threw the ball into play from the sideline. SLB TELHA's Liboslav Krušina quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. The supporters of Kelmond S.C. booed when SLB TELHA was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luís Ribas didn't get a good kick on the ball. 93 minutes into the match, Kelmond S.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Valério Vilaça came free, but Pedrão Sarmento reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Valério Vilaça took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrão Sarmento. Pedrão Sarmento dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. After having played for 97 minutes, Valério Vilaça managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SLB TELHA's supporters crossed their fingers, but Valério Vilaça was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched SLB TELHA eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
