Sing Mano showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joseph Lockwood, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. Sing Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aristides Lluc in the 11th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, berretaweres's goal looked a bit too open when Aristides Lluc came free, but Sing Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nicanor Ascencio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jonathan Haimar in the 22nd minute of play. Aristides Lluc's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sing Mano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 23rd minute of play. Nicanor Ascencio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jonathan Haimar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicanor Ascencio made a fantastic save in the 28th minute, when Javier Iraitz sent off a good shot on target. The audience thought a goal was coming when Israel Manilan got free with Nicanor Ascencio in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Berriotxoa Abadie sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 36 minutes into the match, El Pulpo Paceño's goalkeeper Nicanor Ascencio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Javier Iraitz. In the 43rd minute Jonathan Haimar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nicanor Ascencio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to El Pulpo Paceño getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Balasi Berar hit a great ball. After recieving a nice pass, berretaweres's Jonathan Haimar tried to score from far away in the 46th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. El Pulpo Paceño's Joseph Lockwood got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Javier Iraitz was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Haimar's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nicanor Ascencio was relentless in the 52nd minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gogo Sein in the 53rd minute of play forced El Pulpo Paceño's goalkeeper Nicanor Ascencio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Javier Iraitz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Nicanor Ascencio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jonathan Haimar scored 1-0 in the 67th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Nicanor Ascencio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Sing Mano was a little too slow when Joseph Lockwood got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 71st minute. The score was now 1-1. Sing Mano came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by El Pulpo Paceño's Aristides Lluc. But to his dismay, Aristides Lluc quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. In the 77th match minute, berretaweres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Manilan to maneuver through the defense. Joseph Lockwood's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sing Mano read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 78th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eustacio Mikelats in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicanor Ascencio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a rather tough play, berretaweres's Gogo Sein got a free kick in the 85th minute. After 85 played minutes El Pulpo Paceño got a freekick which was hit by Svetoslav Genkov.
