Izydor Anszczak came out of the goal and Guido Burgstaller tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ognyan Kurudzhiev in the 11th minute of play forced Möhnsen FC's goalkeeper Șerban Fundătoreanu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Möhnsen FC's Șerban Fundătoreanu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nedko Vatov in the 12th minute of play. The supporters of Möhnsen FC booed when FC Gurbanovtsi was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 14 match minutes in a wonderful position. Naycho Kúrlezhov didn't get a good kick on the ball. Naycho Kúrlezhov's late challenge caught a Möhnsen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Möhnsen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Guido Burgstaller was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. In the 32nd match minute, Möhnsen FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Darius Minge to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Möhnsen FC's Timo Schinnenburg got a free kick in the 33rd minute.
