The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Basílio Silveira in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck De-la-Cruz de Alcântara prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Basílio Silveira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Jerônimo Moreno's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Diamantino Lobo firmly grabbed it by the left post. If Basílio Silveira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Basílio Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 17th minute of play. Basílio Silveira struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jacuitiba - FSCMZ. After some fancy dribbling in the 26th minute, Basílio Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's supporters rose to their feet, but Basílio Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. De-la-Cruz de Alcântara came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Basílio Silveira. But to his dismay, Basílio Silveira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. José Augusto Palmeira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 35th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute, Basílio Silveira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jacuitiba - FSCMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. In the 42nd minute, Tao Zhou Ke made a precise shot to the right of De-la-Cruz de Alcântara. BARBARIDADE G.M.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Basílio Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a huge save. In the 58th minute the ball was on its way in behind BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goalkeeper De-la-Cruz de Alcântara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. With a little luck, BARBARIDADE G.M.'s De-la-Cruz de Alcântara got control of the ball when Basílio Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Falcão Britto in the 63rd minute. The corner led Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's José Augusto Palmeira to fire away a dangerous shot which De-la-Cruz de Alcântara despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Basílio Silveira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 69th minute of the match, but De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a huge save. Diamantino Lobo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maurinho Hermes, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 73rd match minute, BARBARIDADE G.M. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Gamarra to maneuver through the defense. After 75 minutes, Váldson Mesquita mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the BARBARIDADE G.M. and the Jacuitiba - FSCMZ players grew even worse after the yellow card. It was beautiful to see Jacuitiba - FSCMZ's Chico Rossi in action when he in the 76th minute dribbled his way through a couple of opponents and the fired away a shot from almost standing still. First the ball seemed to get in, but turned out to be on the outside of the net. A great chance! De-la-Cruz de Alcântara made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Basílio Silveira in the 80th minute of play. Tao Zhou Ke fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without De-la-Cruz de Alcântara having to interfere. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind BARBARIDADE G.M.'s goalkeeper De-la-Cruz de Alcântara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Diamantino Lobo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jerônimo Moreno in the 85th minute of play. In the 90th match minute, Jacuitiba - FSCMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Eurico Moreira to maneuver through the defense. In the 92nd minute of the match Luiz Fábio Velasco sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Diamantino Lobo skillfully saved the ball.
