When the match had gone on for 4 minutes, Benigno Tonete took a quick shot and it went in 1-0 without a chance for Stelian Fecioru to make any attempt to save it. If Sverker Rosén had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 9th minute Benigno Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Fecioru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ricardo da Mata blasted a shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Natalio Montrel having to make a save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alkinoos Fitzios in the 15th minute of play forced General Tanz II's goalkeeper Natalio Montrel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricardo da Mata in the 22nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natalio Montrel saved General Tanz II from getting behind. Stelian Fecioru made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Benigno Tonete sent off a good shot on target. In the 27th match minute, FC Amicii Boys was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Enéas Silva to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Benigno Tonete's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Stelian Fecioru was relentless in the 29th minute of the game. When the match had gone on for 29 minutes, Benigno Tonete put it in 2-0 from a short distance just to the right of Stelian Fecioru. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Benigno Tonete managed to get in a good position for a shot. General Tanz II's supporters rose to their feet, but Benigno Tonete was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Stelian Fecioru breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Stelian Fecioru showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Benigno Tonete, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. In the 41st minute General Tanz II were awarded a corner. Benicio Tavio went to the cornerflag to take it. A nice corner shot did that Benicio Tavio got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Stelian Fecioru quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Sebastian Vettel hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. 43 minutes into the game, Olimpiu Iorgu cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Natalio Montrel was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Ricardo da Mata to strike the kick off in the second half. Benigno Tonete struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Stelian Fecioru didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for General Tanz II. In the 54th minute Benigno Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Fecioru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Stelian Fecioru came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by General Tanz II's Benigno Tonete. But to his dismay, Benigno Tonete quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, Sverker Rosén put it in 4-1 from a short distance just to the right of Stelian Fecioru. 72 minutes into the match, FC Amicii Boys's goal looked a bit too open when Benigno Tonete came free, but Stelian Fecioru reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Benigno Tonete shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Stelian Fecioru saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benigno Tonete in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stelian Fecioru prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Olimpiu Iorgu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. General Tanz II's Fausto Esquipula was substituted for Gregorio Totakoxe. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benigno Tonete in the 82nd minute of play forced FC Amicii Boys's goalkeeper Stelian Fecioru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Stelian Fecioru took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basilio Abancens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stelian Fecioru made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benigno Tonete in the 84th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Amicii Boys's Olimpiu Iorgu got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Stelian Fecioru stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Benigno Tonete's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. FC Amicii Boys's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
