Vasco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Henric Villaquiran was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. In the 13th minute, Picanya FC's Henric Villaquiran dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Franklin Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Henric Villaquiran, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as Gaskon Gimeno kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Franklin Bittencourt. That made the score 3-0 in the 21 minute of play. Vasco FC's Franklin Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gaskon Gimeno in the 26th minute of play. Picanya FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Wawrzyniec Kissel in the 27th minute. The corner led Picanya FC's Ugaitz Silva to a score. 4-0 in the 27th minute. 33 minutes into the match, Vasco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Henric Villaquiran came free, but Franklin Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Franklin Bittencourt was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Gaskon Gimeno showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 5-0 in the 41 minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. The supporters of Picanya FC booed when Vasco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zé Carlos Mazza didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 76th minute, Gregory Bermejo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Franklin Bittencourt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Henric Villaquiran in the 79th minute of the match. Franklin Bittencourt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gregory Bermejo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Franklin Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henric Villaquiran, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Vasco FC's zone, Henric Villaquiran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Franklin Bittencourt came out of the goal and Henric Villaquiran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Picanya FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
