Federico Hanni's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anibal Aritza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 7th minute of play. Sandu Perju's late challenge caught a Manantiales Fc's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandu Perju helped the player get up and apologised. Sandu Perju hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. After 26 played minutes FC Truseni got a freekick which was hit by Sandu Perju. The supporters of Manantiales Fc booed when FC Truseni was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sandu Perju didn't get a good kick on the ball. Anibal Aritza made a fantastic save in the 38th minute, when Federico Hanni sent off a good shot on target. After 39 minutes of play FC Truseni's Sandu Perju was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 39th match minute, FC Truseni was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Sandu Perju to maneuver through the defense. Manantiales Fc's Isidro Cresencio was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Anibal Aritza in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Federico Hanni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 44th minute. Anibal Aritza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 45 minutes into the match, FC Truseni's Mircea Dadu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Zbigniew Barowicz narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mihail Postolache stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Federico Hanni fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Anibal Aritza having to interfere. Zbigniew Barowicz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonid Nazaria, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. Anibal Aritza took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldo Ronaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Federico Hanni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Ronaldo Ronaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Manantiales Fc's attentive Ronaldo Ronaldo managed to snatch the ball when Tudor Buga made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. Anibal Aritza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Federico Hanni in the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes Manantiales Fc got a freekick which was hit by Jesus Orlo. In the 80th match minute, Manantiales Fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jesus Orlo to maneuver through the defense. Mihail Postolache fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 87th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zbigniew Barowicz having to interfere. In the 88th minute, Teodor Cornea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the game, Manantiales Fc's Ronaldo Ronaldo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Anibal Aritza made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Leonid Nazaria could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 94th minute of the match, but Zbigniew Barowicz made a huge save. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Manantiales Fc were victorious despite being under pressure from FC Truseni for much of the match.
