The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jonni Laaksonen helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of DeportivoIndependienteMDP booed when Kultapossukerho was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 5 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonni Laaksonen didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 6th minute, Esquipula Bouzon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DeportivoIndependienteMDP fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. 8 minutes into the game, Benigno Fiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DeportivoIndependienteMDP's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Kultapossukerho the free kick. After 8 played minutes DeportivoIndependienteMDP got a freekick which was hit by Benigno Fiz. Niko Petriläinen who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Anastasio Eguerdi when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 23 minutes into the match, Esquipula Bouzon had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elbert Hand. Kultapossukerho's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esquipula Bouzon was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Niko Petriläinen in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anastasio Eguerdi saved DeportivoIndependienteMDP from getting behind. Anastasio Eguerdi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ari Hakanpää in the 35th minute of play. Elbert Hand took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Delmar Lapurdi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Kultapossukerho getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Tarvo Huttunen hit a great ball. Salvador Perfecto took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 42nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Elbert Hand. Kultapossukerho's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 44th match minute, DeportivoIndependienteMDP was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Esquipula Bouzon to maneuver through the defense. Delmar Lapurdi blasted a shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Elbert Hand having to make a save.

Kultapossukerho's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Veli Kuparinen in the 53rd minute. Niko Petriläinen was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Terho Litja got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-2. 57 minutes into the match. A collision led to DeportivoIndependienteMDP getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Benigno Fiz hit a great ball. In the 65th minute, Niko Petriläinen ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasio Eguerdi was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Delmar Lapurdi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 70 minutes into the game, Nuutti Vauhkonen cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-3. Anastasio Eguerdi was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Anastasio Eguerdi came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Kultapossukerho's Niko Petriläinen. But to his dismay, Niko Petriläinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-3. The throw-in from Sérgio Barreto in the 78th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kultapossukerho's Terho Litja. In the 81st minute, Niko Petriläinen got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Anastasio Eguerdi came out of the goal in the 82nd minute to try and stop a shot by Kultapossukerho's Niko Petriläinen. But to his dismay, Niko Petriläinen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. 89 minutes into the match, Delmar Lapurdi notched a goal, 5-4, to the right of Kultapossukerho's Elbert Hand. Elbert Hand was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Kultapossukerho's Terho Litja managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Nicolas Demario in the 93 minute of the game. Kultapossukerho's Elbert Hand played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esquipula Bouzon in the 94th minute of play.
